First of all, Go to Contacts > Export Contacts in your old Smartphone and Click on Add new account option.
Click on the “Export to storage device” option and choose the path in your Smartphone to store the generated .vcf file.
Now Sign in into your Gmail account on your device and Compose a new mail.
Attach the .vcf file from the storage path and Save the mail into the Drafts.
Now Sign in into your same Gmail account in your new Smartphone and open the Drafts.
In Drafts, Open the recently saved mail and Click on the .vcf file.
The popup window will appear which asks for your permission to import contacts to the phonebook.
Within seconds all your contacts will appear on the phonebook.
